I love the House Ear clinic, have been coming many years. Dr. Slattery is one of a kind, top notch fantastic doctor. My only complaint is the wait time for the appointment. It is always very long average of one hour later than scheduled. I understand that the doctor is very busy but the scheduler should take this into account when making the appointments. Otherwise HEI is the best.

Superb and clear. He was extremely thoughtful and caring and explained everything quite well. I am very impressed and believe he is excellent.

Dr. Slattery is the best doctor I have ever seen and I have a lot of doctors! His depth of knowledge and bedside manner are unmatched.

I was concerned and worried about an MRI result and the office was understanding and gave me an earlier appointment which was VERY much appreciated. I respect Dr Slattery's opinion and recommendation with his professional expertise in his field of specialty! I would always recommend him!!!

Dr. Slattery was very kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the possible treatments to me. His fellow was very nice too.

It was so difficult scheduling an appointment; I had to call back twice so third time was the charm when the person who answered was a young man who was very helpful. He was efficient and courteous. Dr Slattery is one of my favorite docs. He always takes the time to explain issues with me. I have great confidence in his abilities and knowledge and am grateful that he is my doctor.

I was given a couple of sheets of paper regarding diet, exercise, supplements, etc. that I was supposed to take. They were just handed to me by someone, a young lady as I was leaving the office, and things weren't really well explained to me. I have a lot of questions about some of the things. I'm not sure what to do. So that's my feedback.

The doctor who saw me and treated me seemed excellent to me (unreadable) needs to be a little more patient, but I think all the doctors were excellent. They listened and treated me and informed me of the procedures and so I was satisfied.

My hearing test was done in a timely manner, but seeing the doctor was extremely frustrating! My 4:00 appointment turned into a 5:10 appointment. I spoke with him for less than 5 minutes! Then a horrendous drive home in bumper to bumper traffic!

Setting an appointment is always difficult because you're always on hold for a long time., but once you get them on the phone, they're helpful.

I always get good care with Dr. Slattery. It's just the, there's a long, long time in waiting. Like this one time, the last time I went there, I checked in at 1039. I didn't get out of there until after two. So that was a really long wait. So if they could work on that, that would be wonderful. Thank you.

They were very professional, very thorough and I got all the information I needed to make a good decision about my hearing in my head shoes removed a great deal of debris caught up in the hole of my eardrum, and this relieves a lot of pressure that I didn't know I was experiencing because of what was caught behind the ear drum

for some reason you removed the apple pay option in the office and for the new system you swipe only!! I have no interest in storing my payment info with another provider given how many institutions are hacked on a relgular basis. swipe is unreliable and hackable. Its going backwards. You need at least a chip reader. It is 2024.

The entire experience was positive. I came to House Clinic about 32 years ago to have a procedure done on my ear, and Dr. (name removed), the younger Dr. (name removed), performed it. Your office today is as professional as it was like 30 years ago. I'd be very pleased to recommend House Clinic to anybody who asks me.

I wish it were possible to be seen more quickly for cases of SSHL since time is of the essence in treating this.

Hi, hello. I was very happy with everything except that I had two medications that were supposed to have been called into my drugstore and they weren't called in right away. So that's the only problem I had. I've had company ever since so I haven't even called to see if it's still been called in or not, but I just thought that he would want me to get my meds right away and get taking them. But anyway, everything else was great and I will call my drugstore and see if it's been called in yet because it is now Friday and I was seen on Monday. So thank you very much.

There was no one to greet you upon arrival in office. Everyone just looking at their monitor. You had to read the sign and sit down. No one to update you or guide you. No smiles or anything.

Hi. My overall experience was extremely positive. I have literally no complaints about the surgeon, Dr. William Slattery. The only slight note I have is some of the staff, I guess the office staff in the office, not the OR staff, seemed a little tired or impatient with my questions. But that's not something we can all relate to. So overall, like, extremely good experience, and I really appreciate the care that they provided.

My doctor is exceptional, and I am grateful for his help with my medical issues. However, the front office staff needs improvement. They have previously been unaware of my insurance information, particularly the preauthorization status, and claimed they did not have access to it. This indicates a need for better training in communication with my insurance and the department handling requests. The lengthy insurance process seems to trouble them. My insurance is based on affordability, and it is important that they respect this and not prioritize higher-paying plans.

Dr Slattery and Dr (name removed) were patient, skillful, and clear in their explanations. I am grateful for there care.

There was no follow-up at all. I didn't receive a call from anybody. I tried to schedule an appointment. For the follow-up I was told to make and the office was shut down. The people who work in the office at the switchboard are terrible. They are anything but helpful. And yeah, that's my story.

I am very pleased with Dr. William Slattery. I cannot say the same for the "front office" and "telephone" staff at a PIH. For the most part they are quite rude and indifferent to the needs of the patient.

I had an overall excellent experience at Dr. Slattery's office with his staff at the reception area to the back office staff and Dr. (name removed) was excellent in listening and cleaning out my ear. Dr. Slattery has proven to be top notch in expertise, treatment, and professionalism in the care I have received from him. I have highly recommended him to acquaintances.

I felt in very good hands for this ear problem that is giving me considerable concern and frustration. I returned home with hope that the procedure performed will help in the coming weeks but if not i feel confident that Dr. Slattery will go to plan B and we will get this problem resolved.

I wanted to see Dr. (name removed) the day of my appointment. As I got off the elevator, I could not see any room number directing where his office is located. Am I the only person who had this problem?

Registering ahead of time on line made things move well.

All of the office staff and the provider were very courteous and well-versed in their roles. The waiting room is roomy and comfortable. One issue that I wanted to point out is that the provider's location address is not correct on my authorization paperwork. This is due to Optum providing the old address on their correspondence. When this was mentioned to the staff, they stated that although they have notified Optum repeatedly, the provider address has not been corrected to date.

Everybody was great and the doctors were great. My only issue was I had an appointment for the week before and had I not called to get directions, we would have driven down there for no reason because somehow it was canceled. So I don't know what happened on that end, but I didn't cancel it. But other than that, great experience. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I really like Dr. Slattery. He is very professional and trustworthy and this makes me comfortable.

Actually, the time that I spent to wait to see Dr. Slattery was way too long. Unfortunately, with the situation of parking and the change of the venue that before was in a place that was more comfortable with the institute that I was going to. Anyways, there was a lot of changes that to me it was not pleasant or as good as it was before. Thank you.

Overall, just a comment on the phone. I just wanted to be clear based on my first response. That's it.

The follow-up actions (ie, appt/testing scheduling) apparently can't be done through the main scheduler. After my last appt, I couldn't get in touch with his office to schedule the testing he had JUST told me to do. For a month, I would call and they said someone would reach out. Then, after a month, when they got in touch w me, I couldn't get in for testing for another month. Meaning, I see the doctor, he tells me to do testing and [scheduling of that testing] takes two months. When I saw doctor on 6/24, the same thing happened; he recommended scheduling a procedure and that "someone would call me." No one has called me.

Dr. Slattery has been absolutely wonderful to my dad, who's 103 now. He gives a very thorough exam, and I always feel that we were treated by the best person to do the job. And I can't praise him enough. Dr. Slattery has been absolutely wonderful. Thank you. Bye.

Easy check in and not a long wait to be seen. Friendly staff. I have hope now that Dr. Slattery will help me with my hearing issues. I am happy I met with him since I come long distance from Oxnard. It is truly worth it.

Every time I've been to this office, everyone has been Great they're always very Helpful And courteous . I was a firefighter paramedic for 35 years and I have worked with a lot of doctors but Dr Slattery is one they outshines them all. He's the most professional understanding and caring Dr I have ever dealt with. He listens to the patient and sincerely cares. He has an outstanding bedside manner, and this is something you can tell comes from his heart. This is not something you can teach an individual in medical school . You either have it or you don't and HE HAS IT . I know each patients medical history is different and sometimes more complicated than others . being a person that has helped people their whole career and now being the patient that needs help has been very difficult for me. Dr Slattery knows this and has been very helpful for me. He listens to my suggestions or requests and has been excellent. I thank the Lord every day that I have found him he has helped me out tremendously . He and his staff are top-notch the best I have come across.

I think Dr. Slattery is an excellent physician. However, his office is not convenient to where I live and it's a long trip with traffic. So this is the reason that I would not recommend him too highly to most of my friends because of the travel and he doesn't practice in any office in the South Bay Area. Thank you.

Dr Slattery is skilled, and an excellent surgeon! I was very fortunate to have come under his care to resolve my unrelenting ear discomfort. His team is also very capable and supportive of me and my medical needs. I am grateful and thankful for all the care Dr Slattery has provided to me.
